Dear Valued Customer,
We are excited to announce Blue Hen Disposal has acquired the assets of Service First Containers (SFC) effective June 1, 2022. SFC entered the waste industry in 2017 and grew to serve many customers in the construction industry throughout Kent and Sussex counties. Like Service First Containers, Blue Hen is a locally owned and operated company now employing nearly 80 drivers, helpers, mechanics, and administrative staff.
Blue Hen will employ all of the SFC drivers and administrative staff you are used to working with on a daily basis. In the future, we will merge SFC and Blue Hen routes striving to increase productivity and decrease truck traffic in the communities we serve. Once the route merge is complete, we will work to rebrand containers. This process will take quite some time during which you may see the following container variations:
- Blue Hen (blue), Charlies Waste (blue), Peninsula Waste (red), as well the SFC containers
Blue Hen will receive detailed financial reports from SFC to account for any prepayments or deposits you may have made. If paying a bill for services rendered prior to May 31,2022, please remit payment to Service First Containers, LLC at 2870 John Hurd Rd, Felton, DE 19943.
For services rendered after May 31, 2022, please remit to: Blue Hen Disposal, 34026 Anna’s Way, Unit 3; Millsboro, DE 19966.
On behalf of Service First Containers, LLC and Blue Hen Disposal, we thank you for your patronage and look forward to a continued business relationship. If you have questions, please call us at your convenience. (302-945-3500)
